Flexible Mind Flexible Body
Flexibility for Mind & Body, this session takes elements of Yoga & Pilates & combines them with Rehabilitation & Relaxation techniques to improve flexibility, lengthen muscles, realign the body & calm a busy mind. Suitable for all levels & abilities, we currently have teenagers dealing with exam stress to grandparents needing some r&r after looking after grandchildren in the classes. Set to contemporary music & with blankets provided for a cosy relaxation at the end it’s the perfect place to switch off.
