This session takes some of the exercises from previous restorative videos & tweaks them to make them a little more challenging. Not suitable for complete beginners but if you have been doing the restorative sessions for a while this is a great next step. It is also useful for those of you who usually do mixed levels sessions but want to recap the basics.
