Core 9 with Lisa

On The Ball Challenge

A short, session on the ball that targets the core as a whole but with particular focus on the transversus abdominis muscle. The TA's primary functions are to stabilise the lumbar spine & pelvis before movements of the upper or lower limbs occur & to protect internal organs by holding them in place. All very important for internal health, posture, balance & strength - so let's get going.
