10 Minutes A Day For A Better You

Quite often our good intentions fall at the first hurdle because we set ourselves impossible plans & strict regimes. Why not start small? Studies have shown that 10 minutes of exercise or 10 minutes of meditation a day can offer many of the benefits of a much longer practice plus 10 mins is definitely achievable in our busy world. So why not give it a go for 2 weeks? The videos here are all around the 10 minute mark. You can either follow them in order for 2 weeks or chop & change depending on what takes your fancy. We recommend finding a regular time that you can give yourself 10minutes put it in your diary & get going.
