A seated exercise to mobilise your shoulders and neck, incorporating mindfulness practice and breathing techniques to help reduce tension and tightness in the back and shoulders, decrease feelings of stress and anxiety and to connect you to an inner place of stillness. This is an exercise that is particularly useful if you are spending a lot of time on your computer.
