Lunchtime Tune Ups

Take a break from a busy day 

& tune up your mind & body.

40 minute sessions

Lunchtime Core

This class will focus on core strength, spinal stability & flexibility. Using techniques from Pilates, Yoga &  Functional Fitness. Knowledge of Pilates basics is beneficial but not essential.

Lunchtime Meditation

Take a break for 40mins to relax, refresh & de-stress. These lunchtime meditations are suitable for everyone. They will consist of a short introduction to the meditation followed by a guided meditation to set you up nicely for the rest of your day with a positive & inspired mind

Lunchtime Yoga 

Suitable for all levels, this energising lunchtime practice will reset your mind & body. Working on flexibility, strength & finishing with a short relaxation this class will leave you feeling uplifted & ready for the rest of your day.
