This class will focus on core strength, spinal stability & flexibility. Using techniques from Pilates, Yoga & Functional Fitness. Knowledge of Pilates basics is beneficial but not essential.
Take a break for 40mins to relax, refresh & de-stress. These lunchtime meditations are suitable for everyone. They will consist of a short introduction to the meditation followed by a guided meditation to set you up nicely for the rest of your day with a positive & inspired mind
