Lisa has been a health & fitness professional for over 20 years.  As a young adult she competed nationally as a synchronised swimmer before turning to swimming teaching & coaching. It was a natural progression to Group Exercise classes which she has taught ever since. She has worked for a number of large health club chains as a class instructor & a group fitness manager both here in the UK & Australia. More recently she has combined her work in health clubs with private classes & personal training. She teaches regular classes for David Lloyd, Lensbury Club & Pavilion Health Club, whilst teaching Pilates & Yoga under the Mind Body Maintenance banner. She successfully climbed Kilimanjaro in 2009 & is currently looking for another challenge!
